Interview
There was no communication with the store at first. It took over two weeks for the area manager to get back to me on my application. My original application was for Barista and was changed to Team Leader during the interview. They see skill sets and make quick decisions on positions during the interview process.
Very quick 2 step interview process, the general manager was friendly and personable. Very good interview for an entry level retail position. I interviewed over 10 years ago and the company no longer exists as it was bought by Starbucks.

Interview
I was interviewed over the phone because the store manager loved my references and resume and she already knew she wanted to hire me, but an interview was policy. So I had a 6 minute phone interview.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Teavana (Santa Clara, CA)
Interview
The process began with the store manager offering a drink, on the house, before stepping towards a different location with resume in hand. Once everyone has sat down, the manager overlooked the resume and begins to ask questions of personal background, if there are any retail experience, is there any experience with financial management, and explaining the importance of commitment.
