Applied online, three step process, 1) phone interview with HR 2) phone interview with Corp Recruiter 3) face-to-face with Regional. Received message from Regional for offer and start date at my local store.

Tell me what you can offer us vs other candidates, your Management style, tell me about a time where you went beyond in customer service, are you more sales or service oriented???

Interview
Very simple. Was contacted by the General Manager, who met with me for an hour. Then met with the Area Manager by phone. The whole process took three weeks. It was a simple matter, the conversation as good but I wasn't told about the Starbucks buyout and the changes that were coming in the near future.
