I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Teavana (Deer Park, IL) in May 2013
Interview
The interview was very casual, was interviewed right outside of the store, which was in an outdoor mall. I was asked about prior experience in sales(I was asked to demonstrate how I would sell a pizza). I was asked about hobbies, and what I would be doing in the next year as I was only available in the summer.

Interview
Applied online and was contacted for a brief phone interview which led to a follow up in-person interview. Went into the store at specified time and met with the manager who I then accompanied to a cafe nearby. Pretty casual interview seemed mostly trying to identify if I was a right fit for the position. Had some hypothetical questions and discussed my interest and goals for the position.

Interview
It was relatively quick and painless. First you have a quick interview with the assistant manager then they recommend you to the manager. The interview with the manager is a standard affair. They ask what you know about the company, where you see yourself in a few years, why you want to work here, etc. I got free tea to drink during my interview so that was nice
