I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN) in Jun 2012
Interview
The hiring process is rigorous to say the least!! Come prepared, don't stutter. SBO style of questioning. Which Situation based Outcome. You will need to setup the situation, back it with details and than advise them of the outcome. You also want to remember to keep the "we's" to a minimum, you want to focus on your role in the situation. There's typically a three part process, phone, group and than a one on one interview. If you need a minute to think, take the minute.
