2 weeks vacation and only build up to 3 weeks after many years of employment. Can carry 1.5X vacations to the following year. Great RRSP matching program. Health and Dental about average to the industry .

The company has great health care & benefits package. The full-coverage. I had 3 weeks vacation. Sick leave days, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability coverage. Subsidized lunches in the cafeteria that had fresh new meals every day with top chefs.
