‘There was only a 10% discount. Would have been nicer if it was a higher percentage, as most companies offer over 20-40% ’
‘Only 2 weeks paid vacation and they made it difficult to take any time off’
‘I was able to get some extended health coverage’
great place to work in for ppl looking for a start
The benefits were affordable, which were one of the only perks. There was no job sharing available which would have been a great option. They tried to promote work life balance. There was no paid sick leave and I always had to produce doctors notes. There was only 2 weeks vacation
2 weeks vacation and only build up to 3 weeks after many years of employment. Can carry 1.5X vacations to the following year. Great RRSP matching program. Health and Dental about average to the industry .
yeah it was great and I liked it.
Amazing, easy to use. Simple and lots of coverage
Good work environment. Lack of strategy
The company has great health care & benefits package. The full-coverage. I had 3 weeks vacation. Sick leave days, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability coverage. Subsidized lunches in the cafeteria that had fresh new meals every day with top chefs.
As a part-timer I was excluded from receiving any benefits
As part time you don't get benefits but you get time for days off
Benefits were not great,
