Recently interviewed for a new role that's seasonal - Just In Time associate. This role picks, packs, and prepares for shipping products from the Target store. Obviously their way of competing with Amazon.

1) What is one quality that your previous employers have asked you to work on
2) Describe a time when dealing with a difficult customer/coworker - situation, how it was handled, outcome
3) Give an example of working with a team and the project was successful
4) Tell me a time when you went above and beyond of your job duties

Interview
The hiring process is rigorous to say the least!! Come prepared, don't stutter. SBO style of questioning. Which Situation based Outcome. You will need to setup the situation, back it with details and than advise them of the outcome. You also want to remember to keep the "we's" to a minimum, you want to focus on your role in the situation. There's typically a three part process, phone, group and than a one on one interview. If you need a minute to think, take the minute.
