Horrible interviewing staff. The guy was so nervous it was ridiculous. They were trying to hire me as a door to door rep after lying in the actual job title. He told me it was his second interview he had done. He kept interrupting. I can't believe he was interviewing me. I've done more interviews in my life than he has for sure. I just couldn't believe it so ridiculous.
Pleasant fast interview. Directed questions, relevant to work, asked to describe sales experience and hard situations. Role played sales scenario as well. Asked about personal hobbies, activities, etc.

Interview
They make a virtual Interview via Zoom and don't say all the information you need to know for the work, they advised it will be a part time job, and at the interview they told they are looking for people to work from 11 am to 8 pm.

In total it was a three step process for the role. The first was a phone call with the recruiter for a screening call, hiring manager for panel, lastly director.
