I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TELUS (Calgary, AB) in Apr 2016
Interview
the interviewer was 15 min late. I was informed that the job is actually door to door sales which was very misleading. the hours of work were not typical (1-9 pm) and that was not indicated on the posting which i felt was also misleading.

Question 1
the interview questions were a joke, she said we only have 15 minutes and the only questions she asked was was i willing to work the hours 1-9 and "summarize" my job history. she then said that she had another job in mind as a manager (as I had management experience) and would refer me to that manager whom i never heard from.
2 part process with a video screening before moving onto the virtual interview. Questions focused on the app and how you would deal with patients. It was about a month process.
Meet with recruiter, then move onto interview with director, and finally a panel interview. In the panel interview you get given a case study to read which is then followed by answering some questions.

Question 1
To read a case study that would be followed by some questions.
It wasn't that hard, the interviewer asked some common questions about myself, why I wanted to work there an so on. It was pretty easy being honest, I think that was one of the easiest interviews I have ever had and I'm currently working at Telus.
