I have attended the Synechron inteviews few months back. They told that I have cleared the interview and told there will client round of interview. Even after two months there is call from them. When I ask , they tell that there will interview in a week time. they postpone like that. Such a worst process. Why to tell that I have cleared the interview process. Please do not join this company.
1. First round is virtual technical Round Process 2. Second round is Technical round Process 3. Third round will be Managerial Round process 4. Fourth round will be HR round process
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Synechron (Navi Mumbai) in Jul 2021
Interview
The interview process took 7 calendar days to complete, right from Interview to Offer letter. They approached me in last week of notice period that's why the expedited the process.
Total 5 rounds of interview happened, L1 Technical, L2 Technical, L3 Managerial, L3 Client Technical, L4 Client Managerial+ Technical.
I accepted the offer because they pay much higher than market.
