Did not enjoy interview,I I found that it was a slightly Unprofessional interview. Interviewer spoke more about himself, little interest read straight from sheet. Interviewer discussed CV with 8+staff members infront, and forgot to validate parking.

What would you do to make sure quality is consistent throughout the unit.
fast, straight forward, honest, scenarios. not bad, lots of what if scenarios and relating your experience directly to how it will integrate as a lead. more formal than casual, in store during work hours
Brought in for lead interview and offered barista position. Interviewed, had leadership & management experience but because I did not have SB experience, they offered me a barista position. The interview was easy and straightforward but deceiving. If they won’t consider you for the position without barista experience, why interview for the position
