      Application

I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Starbucks (Seattle, WA) in Sep 2015

      Interview

It first starts with a short phone interview with HR (20 min). Then there is a second phone interview with the hiring manager (30 min). If all goes well, you are asked to come in Starbucks Support Center for a series of interviews with different team members (about 3 hours). Finally, there was a final in-person interview with the director of the team.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Starbucks (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2018

      Interview

Applied online and contacted about a week later by a recruiter to set up an informational interview. We agreed on a time but she forgot to call me. I emailed her to check in, 9 hours later she responds asking to reschedule...doesn't even apologize for missing the first one. Second call she almost forgot again but after another reminder email from me, she finally called 15 mins late. Was able to move onto a phone interview with the hiring manager who said the recruiter would be in touch after our chat. Never heard from this recruiter despite me reaching out to check in. I really dont understand why it's so hard to tell me I didn't make the cut. Quite unprofessional to ghost me, seems common based on other Glassdoor reviews.
