I sat down with another store manager other than my own that asked me the usual questions. ie: how would you handle a stressful situation? Tell me about about a time that you needed to make a quick decision without consulting a supervisor or manual? They were all very basic question, and if you have any work experience at all, it shouldn't be too difficult.
