      Usually you will have 4-5 45 minute sessions in a 1:1 environment. Be prepared to answer behavioral questions in a STAR format (Situation-Task-Action-Result). Likability and how you connect with interviewers is very important

      Three 30-minute rounds, each with a direction from the business unit. Mix of behavioral and technical questions, including some on store operations. Online application and phone screen with a recruiter.
