The interviews went fine, the problem was the glacially slow response times. I submitted for a role via their website in July and didn't hear anything for 3 months. After the screening interview, it took another 4 weeks for the followup interview. The recruiter noted she wanted me to speak with another hiring manager the next week. 1 year later, I finally heard back from her for a completely different role. Am I applying for the federal government?
