A short interview with one employee which covered generic questions. A longer interview afterwards with more dynamic questions. Only lightly technical, but the focus is more on what kind of person you are.

Have you ever had any serious conflict at work? How did you handle it?
It is very long hiring process, about 5 interviews. Starting with skills and wills interview, then Top grading one, then some testing using the SkyGeo customer interface, then meeting with the CEO. Also a day at the office in Delft.
