Initially, I was contacted by HR through email regarding my resume. We scheduled a time to connect and discuss my background, she then emailed me two questions I would need to answer and gave me 2 to 3 days tocomplete. They wanted to see how I thought through some scenarios and how I came up with solutions. After I emailed my answers, I received another email from HR saying the hiring manager would like to set up some time for a phone interview. The hiring manager asked me about my background and explained the position and responsibilities. It was more of a conversation, no real tough interview questions. After about 30min she extended an invite for an in person interview. I met with a person from the tax team who gave me a detailed breakdown of the role and responsibilities. Asked me questions regarding my past experience as well as some basic behavioral questions.

Interview process went well. Email first to schedule interview. HR interview, then half day interview with three people, two Senior Level and the Manager. Follow up with email that someone else was selected.
