Interview
Initially, I was contacted by HR through email regarding my resume. We scheduled a time to connect and discuss my background, she then emailed me two questions I would need to answer and gave me 2 to 3 days tocomplete. They wanted to see how I thought through some scenarios and how I came up with solutions.
After I emailed my answers, I received another email from HR saying the hiring manager would like to set up some time for a phone interview. The hiring manager asked me about my background and explained the position and responsibilities. It was more of a conversation, no real tough interview questions. After about 30min she extended an invite for an in person interview.
I met with a person from the tax team who gave me a detailed breakdown of the role and responsibilities. Asked me questions regarding my past experience as well as some basic behavioral questions.
