Got a call from HR to have the interview after shortlisting, Telephonic was scheduled Interviewer was very friendly in telephonic asked relevent questions related to linux, perl and riddles etc . After clearing i got the call from HR to have VC (Voice conference) to Benguluru office. I went to Noida office some delay around 1/2 hr to schedule the interview. I found interviewer was not at all interested in taking interview. Working on laptop or so and after asking question when i was trying to explain the things he asked another diffrent questions. If you are done with selection round or whatever please do not waste time to have the f2f formality. Please don't let the incompetent staff take the interview. After all, the future of company and employee depends on it.
