Interview
1. Life Story Interview - recruiter was very nice and it really felt like a conversation, not an interview
2. Technical - Presented the challenge project which went well. After was a fairly straightforward pair-programming challenge and even though I messed up a couple of times, the interviewers were really friendly and gave me hints when I needed them.
When you apply, you apply with your resume (and optional referall). After a couple days if your resume passes, then you get the link to the OA. After the OA (if you pass), then you get invited to technical interview. If you pass technical interview, then you get invited to life story interview.
I completed the Online Assessment (OA) which consisted of three LeetCode-style questions. I was able to use my preferred languages, Ruby and C++. I successfully solved two out of the three problems, but unfortunately, it wasn't enough to move on to the next round.

Very easy process, application then assessment and then pair programming and life story. final submission of references and wait for results. Very friendly people and overall process is very time consuming and tiring
