First stage is the 'Life Story' interview, a brief and casual conversation. Discuss things like what got you into programming, hobbies, goals, etc. The final interview is a technical interview which is two parts. The first part looks at a project you have worked on (they ask you to bring one which you worked on solo). They will ask you general questions about the project, why you chose certain languages, libraries, etc. The second part involved explaining how you would make certain website components. They encourage you to look at trade-offs of certain implementations and are really helpful with offering alternate solutions.
