I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Shell (Kuala Lumpur) in Sep 2015
Interview
There are a few stages. After applying online, you need to do a few tests. Personality test (which you CAN fail), numerical and reasoning test (timed, so don't panic), then if you succeed there's a phone interview. If you pass the phone interview they will set you up for SRD. The processes were very straightforward and mechanical. In a good way. The only downside is that if you have a tendency to be anxious, the waiting between each stage might be painful to bear.
The final stage is SRD where 6 of us have go go through another online test, written test, self-reflection interview, group exercise, individual case study and competency based interview.
My batch was very diverse. Assessors and candidates alike.
It was very long but very enriching. Very fair and very thorough, unlike any other interview I've ever been to. And I've been to many.
