Interview
The overall process consisted of a phone interview followed by an in-person one. The latter was divided into two components, one focusing primarily on a candidate's professional experience, and one on their possible fit/potential. Since I had interviewed once before for a different position, I skipped the phone and possible fit component and we focused primarily on my professional experience. Each component took about an hour.
