Interview
Passed two online assessment quiz, and called for a face-to-face interview with one of the senior managers. The interview lasts for about one hour. Standard behavioral questions were asked. They expected answers according to STAR format. In the end, you have the chance to ask them questions and this Q&A part is not assessed. Waiting for the response now.

Q: Tell me a time when you had to discipline yourself in order to achieve a difficult goal?
I applied online through my university and recieved an email a few days later to fulfill an online video interview which consisted of several recordings and a screening assessment. A few weeks later I recieved a request for a video interview which consisted of a short case and a behavior with two senior leaders. The behavioral was standard and they simply asked provided a scenario for the case and gave some time to prepare a response. Within an hour after my interview I got a call saying I passed and the recruiter would match me with a role, but I never heard back after that.

Interview
The first stage is the online assessment where you have to answer 50 questions or so from 3 different categories of questions; verbal, math and abstract. you have an average of 14s to answer each question. Following which there is an untimed set of questions to gauge your personality
