Interview
The first part was an online Psychometric test that examined your numerical and verbal reasoning. The second part was a self video interview where you had thirty seconds to preview and prepare for a question and three minutes to answer. They were mainly skills based questions using the STAR method.

After CV selection, you are invited to the first assessment in the application process: an online game-based assessment, powered by HireVue. It takes only 15-20 minutes and can be done at any time within 5 days. After clearing this, they invite you to take part in a short, self-recorded video interview. This is your chance to let your personality shine through and tell them more about your skills and experience. The assessment will take around 20 minutes, and you can complete it at any point over the next 10 days.

The process was fine but they took plethora of time to reply. It took 5 months for them to invite me for a video interview and another 2 months to call me for the case study interview. Video questions must be answered on the basis of STAR

1.5 hour group online interview, given data 48 hours in advance and had to create a short presentation on an topic from the data set. Very positive experience, not technical more concerned with how you think etc.
