Interview
Whole application process occurred online.
1st stage involved Online Assessment Tests that involved numerical and verbal reasoning, similar to other online tests for job applicants. There was also an on-demand interview stage consisting of 5 questions regarding your motivations and previous experiences.
I didn't make it through to the second stage, which was supposed to be a video interview with the company personnel.

Tell me about a time when you had to obtain help from others to complete a project.
I applied online through my university and recieved an email a few days later to fulfill an online video interview which consisted of several recordings and a screening assessment. A few weeks later I recieved a request for a video interview which consisted of a short case and a behavior with two senior leaders. The behavioral was standard and they simply asked provided a scenario for the case and gave some time to prepare a response. Within an hour after my interview I got a call saying I passed and the recruiter would match me with a role, but I never heard back after that.

Interview
The first stage is the online assessment where you have to answer 50 questions or so from 3 different categories of questions; verbal, math and abstract. you have an average of 14s to answer each question. Following which there is an untimed set of questions to gauge your personality

Got an invitation for a recorded online interview after the submission of my application. The questions for the interview were expected, however, much preparation is required since the answering time is limited.
