Interview
The process is called Shell Recruitment Day. First we have to clear 2 tests (Behavioral+IQ) followed by a case study, behavioral interview. The case study gives us an hypothetical case where we have to take decisions on installing a new project using financial stats and days to construct.

Great interview, interactive, interesting, inclusive. The HRs are professional and responsive. I finally secured an offer but I did not accept the offer eventually but I respect the company so much.
