Virtual Job Tryout followed by an On-Demand Video Interview consisting of 3 questions via Hirevue. Gave 7 days to complete this online interview. Gave unlimited retakes for each question of the ODVI.
Hirvue then case study interview. The case study was really weird, and they changed around what you were analyzing. They also don't respond to emails. I've been ghosted for about 4 months at this point.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Shell (London, England) in Dec 2025
Interview
The first round involves a basic assessment. The second round is a virtual job assessment(on demand virtual video interview). The final round involves an interview with 2 assessors and a case study given 2 days prior.
