It was a case interview, I was left for half an hour at the table full with different documentation and after was asked to list my first ten actions as a new CEO for a company’s subsidiary by priority. The documentation contained memos, emails and etc. abt diff problems this fictional subsidiary is facing - from environmental to staff, financial and etc problems. Was very fun.
