Very thorough, timelines were flexible and different teams were involved. Recruitment began via LinkedIn, after some time the procedure started. Several stages with interviews and assessment tasks that were a good mix of technical and behavioral skills. They took me through several scenarios and asked how I would react in these types of situations. Some stuff was in line with what i had encountered before and could be answered easily, also a couple of scenarios that were out of my area of expertise and that needed me to come up with something on the go.
