Applied Online. Got an email about a telephone interview time. Got a call for telephone interview. Then in-person interview. And then I had to call to find out how it went and it wasn't good news.
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
