The interview process consisted of a video interview then an in person interview. There they asked basic interview questions. Afterwards, they emailed the results regarding if they wanted you in their team or not. It was a good process
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
