I applied online. I received a email from the recruitment team to answer a preliminary questionnaire. Questions like What interests you about working for Scotiabank? After two days, got a email setting up telephone interview about 40 to 10 minutes.

Tell us about your knowledge of Retail/Commercial/Personal Banking. How did you gain this knowledge?
It is a multiple stage interview process: First phone pre interview with the recruiter, zoom interview with a branch manager and zoom panel with a branch manager and someone from the district administrative team.

It has taken longer than expected. About a month to complete the interviews and the whole process. It took about 1 week after applying to be contacted for first interview and then another 15 days for second interview. The interviewer was to the point and not very friendly, but very honest and clear about pay and what I will need to do once I start.
