Behavioural questions (e.g. last time you adopted a new process or innovated with something)
Starts with a recruiter screen and then you get moved to the hiring manager. I was ghosted after this point. The hiring manager said that they were going to hire internal people
It was simple, the questions you would expect at any interview. Talked about my experience. The recruiter just ghosted me after the interview, not even an email saying I was unsuccessful.
