‘Two times your Base salary’
‘One of the best i've heard of in this region. 3 weeks for 2 years, 4 weeks after two years, and 5 weeks after 5 years.’
‘Great medical coverage for drugs and extended health care ($2000 for extended health care) plus a $300 health spending ’
Best things. You got benefits on day 1. You barely pay anything out of pocket for the plan. The coverage is really good for dental and health. You also get a wellness benefit every month of $100 on top our your plan provided through the company. I have nothing bad to say about the benefits package it rocks!
Great benefits package, covers a lot of what you'd want.
Excellent cash compensation along with bonus structure
Interns receive many of the benefits that full time employees get such as - $100 Wellness benefit/month - $200 USD stipend for noise cancelling headphones - $500 USD for remote office setup
$2000 extended health care on provider of choice, great vacation (five weeks after five years), competitive salary, Health spending account, excellent dental and perscription coverage, $250 for glasses,
Money towards gym membership, orthotics, dental, vision, massage, honestly anything you really need. Dental is very easy to use with Sunlife. Same with massage.
Love the well-being and education reimbursement benefits. Extended medical is good and life and disability insurance is quite good too. RRSP matching of 5% up to $5,000. The overall package is very good, main downside is the PTO, especially for those with two years or less service. No sick leave and none of the exciting perks that the US gets.
Great health benefits, there's a $100 per month wellness stipend
Private health insurance, parental leave, volunteer days off
The best thing is the Stock purchasing program!
