Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Question 1
Explain your sales process
How do you perform outreach
Describe a deal won
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Salesforce in Sep 2024
Interview
1 - Screening with Recruiter.
2 - Interview with Regional Recruiter, including some behavioral questions.
3 - Interview with Hiring Manager.
4 - Panel presentation covering how to navigate a deal, create a territory plan, and participate in a sales role play.
HR provided a deck template outlining the role play scenario, but the personas and customer challenges were different during the panel. I had to adapt to the new personas, despite having prepared extensively with the template scenario. It was challenging to manage my time, especially since two additional personas were added (resulting in four personas instead of the two originally specified in the deck). While such changes are common in real life, I was under the impression that I would be evaluated based solely on the customer scenario and personas provided in the deck.
I gave it my best effort, but now it’s time to wait and see the next steps in the process.
Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.

Question 1
Walk me through a deal example and how you won the opportunity.
pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
