I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Irvine, CA) in Apr 2022
Interview
This was a very streamlined interview experience. From the initial conversations with Bianca G. it was an amazing process as she provided great insight to the role as well as the culture. From there I met with the leadership teams that asked more specific questions but ultimately cared about me as a person to make sure I was the right fit and encouraged me to do the same! I couldn't have asked for a better experience from my recruiter Bianca all the way through the hiring panel at my presentation!
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Question 1
Walk me through a deal example and how you won the opportunity.
pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
