First Interview was general technical with the most experienced officer in the team, next was a two hour long chat with two different prospective team members. Each to one hour focusing on specific aspect of the JD. The third is with the hiring manager.

This is most likely the nicest, most humane, most professional interview I had in my life. The interviewers were thorough and knowledgeable. They ask tough questions to ensure and gauge my knowledge while remaining compassionate.
