I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Seattle, WA) in Dec 2019
Interview
Phone screen with recruiter, 1:1 with a Lead SE and group panel presentation via Google Hangouts at the end. You get an opportunity to practice your presentation with the Lead SE before you do your group presentation which is very helpful. You create a Salesforce app based off of a trailhead. I prepared by going through trailhead modules related to giving demos/presentations as well.
