I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Hyderābād) in May 2019
Interview
Quite a long and rigorous process:
1) Questionnaire.
2) 2 on-site interviews in the Hyderabad office.
3) 5 video interviews.
It was a good experience in general. Every interviewer had taken the time to go through my CV. They asked relevant questions based on my work experience. They made me feel comfortable throughout the process.
Out of the 7 interviews, 3 were technical. During the technical interviews, I was asked very practical questions instead of theoretical ones. I really liked that.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (Bengaluru) in Nov 2023
Interview
There is a written test first. It is followed by 2-3 rounds of interview. The final round was with the director. During the rounds they reiterated that remote work is not allowed.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Buenos Aires) in Dec 2021
Interview
One initial screening, an interview with the international manager, followed by a monitored exercise, and another interview with two team members. Overall, a long and draining process which could’ve been avoided, given that they knew I didn’t have enough experience for the role and wouldn’t have been hired anyway.
