Interview
I interviewed with 6 members of the team via web conference. Including hiring manager and her boss. Though they have copies of resumé - they would rather hear from you your experiences and will ask deeper questions about your particular role in the achievement you listed.
One of the interviewers put it this way -- "there are many people that will have similar skillsets, seeing if there is a Salesforce culture fit is the primary thing he's measuring"
Interview questions were great food all 5 round. And the questions were very professional. This is one of such condoned which had clear understand and hired correct people. And very clear expectations were at from the beginnings
