I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Interviews were first by phone then a series (7 total) of 30 minute interviews. They span the spectrum of disciplines and levels. Some direct reports, some peers and some matrixed department peers, etc. They were all casual but focused, with each concentrating on different aspects. All interviewers were different but had a common thread about them that spoke to the unifying culture of the company. The questions can be intense but if you’re qualified and answer straight forward, the follow ups build from there. I thought it was a great interview process.
