There were four total rounds of interviews. First round was a simple screening, followed by a 45 minute interview with a Sr. Director. This was mostly behavioral with a question or two about the software itself. After that, I had an interview with a manager virtually for about an hour. The final round was a demo of an application I was given 4 days to build. I probably put about 20 hours into the demo and the presentation itself was about 40 minutes. The attendees asked questions throughout the presentstion.

The interview process was unlike any interview I participated in. Each of my interviews was like conversations and I rarely felt like I was badgered with questions. Once I made it to the final interview, I had two weeks to prepare for my demo presentation. I had a coach to help me prepare and organize the presentation.
