I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2018
Interview
It was a smooth and efficient process. The interview consisted of a recruiter call, manager call, video interview with strategists, a design challenge and panel discussion. Somewhat challenging but very honest and fluid.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublin, Dublin) in Jun 2018
Interview
The process was intensive but very efficient, thorough and not overly formal. While there were 6 'rounds' in total, most of these rounds were actually just in-depth two-way conversation with relevant Salesforce staff in various different regions. It was very much a dialogue with ample room to ask questions and explore the role in more depth as I went along. There was certainly an impression that each interviewer was prioritising establishing a personality fit for the company, avoiding asking intentionally awkward or overly formal questions
