      Campaign Manager Interview

      Jun 30, 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Sydney
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Sydney) in May 2018

      Interview

I had a first round interview with one person followed by a second round with two others. My second round interview was pretty average. One of the interviewers barged into the meeting room late saying she got caught up in something else. This reflected very poorly and made me feel like my time as a candidate wasn't valued. It was fairly obvious neither of the hiring managers read my CV. The feedback they left me was they felt I was too junior... SO WHY did you waste my time and ask me to come in for an interview?

Thank you for taking time to provide feedback. The etiquette displayed during your interview is unacceptable and does not accurately represent Salesforce. We value our candidate's time tremendously and sincerely apologize that you did not receive this courtesy. I will share your feedback with the hiring team. Best of luck in your search. - Ana Recio, Salesforce EVP of Global Recruiting

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Reston, VA) in Mar 2019

      Interview

Quick, thorough and one of the best interview/ hiring processes I've ever been a part of! I had a phone interview, a few video interviews, an interview assignment and then a 1/2 day round of interviews and dinner, all over the span of 2 weeks. I was able to really get to know the team I would be working with, my future manager and the overall amazing "Ohana" culture of Salesforce. Great experience!

      Campaign Manager Interview

      Oct 23, 2017
      Anonymous employee
      San Francisco, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2017

      Interview

Quick, easy and impressive! The interview process was pretty straightforward; five interviews back-to-back, reasonable questions about my history and what I can bring to the team. But there was a connection I found with most of the people I interviewed with and an energy of enthusiasm which made me want the position even more.
