      Order Administrator Interview

      Nov 6, 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Salesforce

      Interview

      1. Phone screening with recruiter (15-20 minutes) 2. Phone interview with hiring manager (30-45 minutes) 3. Video/virtual interview with executive leadership (1 hour) 4. Video/virtual interview & starter project with hiring manager and executive leadership (7-8 hours) The interview process was very smooth, and took around two months from applying to receiving an offer. Once you make it past the phone screening you receive an email with a ton of resources to help you prepare for the upcoming interview(s). Definitely utilize those resources, as well as your recruiter. My recruiter was great and provided me with some really key details about the role, and answered questions throughout the entire process. I'd advise taking 20-30 minutes after each interview to reflect and digest what you heard and learned. Write it all down. Come up with questions for them and find points in your experience that match the role and what you can bring to it. The starter project was a full day during the week, so I did have to take off a day of work. I was shown some processes related to the role and asked to complete them by the hiring manager, and was then given an hour to put together a few slides for a presentation. The executive leadership then joined the interview and I presented it to both the hiring manager and executive leadership followed by a Q&A. I was told I'd hear back by the end of the week (my starter project was on a Monday), and I received an official offer Friday that same week.
