I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublin, Dublin) in Oct 2017
Interview
1) Call with the recruiter (45 minutes)
2) Call with the hiring manager (one hour)
3) In person: one hour presentation with 2 managers + 30 minutes chat with the SVP.
The recruiter was always very helpful and available - looked after the whole process very accurately.
Managers made me feel very comfortable during the interview.

Question 1
Why Salesforce?
Are you a relationship builder or a challenger?
How do you approach prospects?
Order these ideas: recognition, friendship, money, promotion
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

How do you perform outreach
Describe a deal won
Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.

Question 1
Walk me through a deal example and how you won the opportunity.
pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
