Interview
Pretty easy. It was a group interview with free breakfast. There was a group team building activity that they used from ted talks, and it seemed to weed out the team players from others. If you are shy then maybe it would make you get off on the wrong foot. Everyone there was pretty nice, and honestly it was the chillest interview i've ever been to. I wouldn't even have been mad if I didn't get the job because everyone there was relaxed and being there for 4 hours on a Saturday was way better than an hour long stressful typical interview.

Interview
2 external international recruiting companies reached out for this role. While they were nice, it was clear they were not reading from my résumé, they asked super basic questions, and did not explain anything well. Salesforce is a great tool, but the people they have trying to fill this role could do a lot better.

3 rounds in total - 1 with recruiter, 1 with hiring manager and 1 with stakeholder. Standard questions but more of a conversation. Interviewers were attentive and ask deeper questions. Looking for a fit in skill set.
