I applied at SAP in January 2016 and received a phone call about a week later inviting me to a phone interview. At the interview I spoke with the person who also called me to offer me the interview and a manager. They were both very polite, kind and sounded really likable. They were happy to answer any questions I had and left me with a very positive image. Unfortunately I did not pass to the assessment center but I had a very positive experience. I would definitely apply again in the future.
