I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at SAP (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2016
Interview
30 minute call with a recruiter (who was nice, and competent), scheduling the next interview was a little bit rocky but eventually we got there, interviewed by 2 people, & not a good fit. They want you to know more than a cursory overview of what Fieldglass does in both interviews so study up, also one of my in-person interviewers aggressively wanted me to provide a specific example of a time in my life when I got bad customer service. Failing to come up with one, he provided a story of his own. Weird vibe, would not want to work with him and they've promoted him several times so clearly...they do. The office was much nicer/more modern than I expected, seems like they hire a lot of young people in waves if that's something you're looking for.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked "why should we hire you?" which as a person looking for a job is kind of a red flag about the interviewers and company culture.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SAP (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2015
Interview
The interviewer asked questions which addressed my personality and critical thinking.
They made me feel comfortable, as is the culture of Fieldglass.
The questions were not posed in a particularly difficult manner, they seemed to just be trying to get an idea of who I was and whether I would fit into and enhance the culture.
