The interview process was just two rounds. One with the hiring manager and a second with two members of the team. I had interviewed for a different role with this team about 6 months prior and was excited to be reached out to again. However, I was ghosted after the second interview when I was told they would be making their decision. I liked the team and since I had interviewed with them in the past it felt quite disrespectful to just never hear back.
